  • Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of facilities, equipment, and work practices to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
  • Lead incident investigation, and prepare detailed reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Coordinate and deliver safety training sessions and workshops for employees at all levels to promote a culture of safety awareness.
  • Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, inspections, training, and compliance documentation.
  • Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to develop risk assessments and implement preventive measures.
  • Ensure the proper use, maintenance, and availability of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety devices.
  • Monitor and enforce adherence to safety protocols during daily operations, including emergency response procedures.
  • Stay updated on changes in safety legislation and best practices, and communicate relevant updates to stakeholders.
  • Support the development and implementation of emergency preparedness and response plans.
