- Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Develop and implement warehouse policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize workflow and productivity.
- Manage and lead warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and coordinate with procurement and sales teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations within the warehouse environment.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movement and generate operational reports.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including shipping, receiving, and transportation arrangements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction within warehouse operations.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and warehouse activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and customer satisfaction.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field.Proven track record in leading and supervising warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment.Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control processes.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights for process improvement.Solid understanding of health, safety, and security protocols in warehouse settings.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to work onsite and adapt to changing priorities.Experience in e-commerce or retail logistics is a plus.
