Collaborate with design, quality, and maintenance teams to improve product manufacturability and reduce defects.
Conduct inspections and quality checks on finished assemblies and sheet metal components.
Maintain accurate production reports, process documentation, and compliance records.
Support continuous improvement initiatives such as lean manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen.
Train and guide technicians and operators on safe and efficient production practices.
