El Ghandour Medical Group (GMG) is seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales Director to lead and grow the Group’s sales and commercial activities across hospitals, specialized clinics, dental centers, and pharmacies. The Sales Director will design and execute the sales strategy, manage and develop the sales team, and build strong relationships with corporate clients, insurers, TPAs, and key partners to drive sustainable revenue growth. This is a senior leadership role reporting to the CEO, with direct impact on GMG’s expansion plans in East Cairo.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy and annual sales plan aligned with GMG’s overall business objectives.
• Lead, coach and grow the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue, volume, and profitability targets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts through regular business reviews, performance tracking, and proactive issue resolution.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management, highlighting opportunities, risks, and required resources.
• Identify, target, and secure new corporate contracts (companies, factories, schools, clubs, insurers, TPAs, medical networks) to increase patient flow and service utilization across GMG facilities.
• Lead contract negotiations, prepare commercial proposals, and ensure proper documentation and handover to operations and finance teams.
• Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to design competitive packages, offers, and pricing models for corporate and cash segments.
• Monitor sales performance through KPIs and dashboards; analyze trends and variances, and recommend corrective actions where needed.
• Continuously scan the healthcare market for new opportunities, competitors’ activities, and changes in customer needs, and translate insights into actionable sales initiatives.
