  • Greet and direct customers 
  •  Present and promote products and services to prospective customers.
  •  Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  •  Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  •  Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services) 
  • Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers. Inform Key customers about discounts and special offers 
  •  Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services 
  •  Cross-sell products 
  • Ensure racks and storage are fully stocked with an updated report with Operation manager.
  •  Inform customers about discounts and special offers 
  • Provide customer feedback to the Operation Manager 
  •  Stay up to date with new products/services 
  • Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently 
  • Keeping customers updated on the latest products to increase sales. New collection releases, special and private events. 
  • Meeting with the operation manager to plan strategically. 
  • Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these

 1-3 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
