  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment used in corrugated carton manufacturing.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical faults in production machinery to minimize downtime.
  • Monitor the performance of machines and implement corrective actions to ensure optimal operation.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to plan and execute maintenance schedules.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all maintenance activities.
  • Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend upgrades or modifications.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement.
  • Provide technical support and training to machine operators and junior maintenance staff.
