Key Responsibilities
Greet clients and provide professional product guidance
Prepare quotations and ensure accurate sales documentation
Follow up on leads and client inquiries (in-showroom & online)
Assist customers in selecting finishes, fabrics, and design options
Coordinate with production and delivery departments when needed
Record client interactions and maintain accurate sales logs
Support social media team with online customer responses when required
