- Oversee and manage all accounting operations within the industrial division, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and cost accounting.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Develop, implement, and maintain internal controls and accounting policies to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
- Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors and ensuring timely completion.
- Monitor and analyze accounting data, producing financial reports and recommendations for management decision-making.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
