- Lead and manage the IT department, including infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and support teams.
- Ensure availability, stability, and security of all IT systems, networks, servers, and cloud platforms.
- Oversee implementation and maintenance of ERP systems, production systems, and digital manufacturing tools.
- Ensure compliant cybersecurity practices, including policies, risk mitigation, and incident response.
- Optimize IT infrastructure to support large-scale garment manufacturing operations across multiple facilities.
- Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, licensing, and contracts.
- Drive automation, digital transformation, and efficiency improvements in line with industry best practices.
- Oversee help desk and end-user support to ensure high service levels for all departments.
- Ensure proper backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity procedures.
- Evaluate new technologies and lead technology upgrades across factories.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.10 - 15 years of progressive IT experience, including 5+ years in IT leadership roles.Strong expertise in:IT infrastructure & networksERP and manufacturing systemsCybersecurity frameworksExperience in manufacturing environments—preferably apparel, textiles, FMCG, or similar.Proven ability to manage IT operations across multiple sites.Excellent leadership, communication, and vendor-management skills.Ability to work under pressure and support high-volume, fast-paced production environments.
