  • Lead and manage the nursing team across all units (ER, ICU, OR, inpatient wards, outpatient clinics).
  • Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and standards of care.
  • Ensure compliance with MOH regulations and accreditation standards (GAHAR or equivalent).
  • Plan nursing manpower, prepare duty rosters, and maintain safe staffing levels 24/7.
  • Monitor nursing quality indicators (falls, pressure injuries, medication errors, HAIs, etc.) and drive improvement plans.
  • Oversee recruitment, performance evaluation, and development of nursing staff in coordination with HR.
  • Coordinate with physicians, medical director, and other departments to ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality care.
  • Support implementation and proper use of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and hospital information systems.
