Responsibilities:Record and review journal entries for all accounting and business transactions using SAP FI and related sub-modules (GL/AP/AR/AA). Prepare financial statements in accordance with Egyptian Accounting Standards and IFRS. Manage daily accounting operations, including payments, reconciliations, and compliance with tax regulations. Reconcile monthly and year-end trial balances, ensuring accuracy of financial records. Prepare monthly reports such as bank reconciliations, aging payables, fixed asset registers, prepaid settlements, and accrual positions. Support external auditors during quarterly and year-end reviews. Conduct variance analysis by comparing actual results with budgets and provide insights into key drivers.
Qualifications:Education: BA in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration. IFRS Diploma or CMA required. Experience: Minimum 8 years in corporate accounting, auditing, or financial reporting (SAP FI experience essential). Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI and ERP systems; advanced MS Excel (pivot tables, statistical modeling, advanced formulas). Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong presentation and negotiation abilities. Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of accounting standards, financial analysis, and reporting methodologies.
