Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid for a Ticket Agent at Alorica. The Ticket Agent is responsible for handling ticket sales, managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Daily tasks include assisting customers with ticket purchases, resolving inquiries, coordinating booking processes, and providing excellent customer service to meet or exceed expectations. The Ticket Agent will also work closely with the sales team to boost revenue generation and reinforce customer satisfaction.
Qualifications Proficiency in Ticket Sales and Reservations processes Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with customers and resolve issues professionally Familiarity or experience in Sales to drive results and enhance customer engagement Ability to work in-person at our Qesm El Sheikh Zaid location Organizational skills and attention to detail are essential Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
