  • Develop, implement, and maintain cost control systems and procedures for multiple large-scale projects.
  • Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and forecasts to ensure alignment with financial objectives.
  • Prepare detailed cost reports, variance analyses, and recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and finance teams to gather and validate cost data.
  • Analyze project performance, identify cost overruns, and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Review and verify contractor and supplier invoices for accuracy and compliance with contracts.
  • Support tendering and procurement processes by providing accurate cost estimates and analysis.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly cost control reports for senior management review.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements in all cost control activities.
  • Participate in project meetings, providing insights on cost trends, risks, and opportunities.
