- Develop and implement digital marketing plans for restaurant branches and delivery channels.
- Manage brand presence across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, X).
- Create and optimize content that fits food and beverage trends.
- Improve online visibility through SEO and local search optimization (Google Business Profile).
2. Media Buying & Paid Advertising:
- Plan and manage paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads).
- Analyze target audience behavior specific to restaurants and food delivery.
- Optimize ad spend, bidding, and targeting to improve ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to increase engagement and conversions.
3. Social Media Management:
- Develop monthly social media calendars tailored to restaurant promotions, new menu items, and seasonal campaigns.
- Oversee content creation (photos, videos, reels, stories).
- Engage with customers, respond to messages, and manage online reputation.
4. Online Ordering & Delivery Platforms:
- Coordinate with delivery platforms (Jahez, HungerStation, Talabat, Careem, etc.).
- Monitor ratings, customer reviews, and promotional activity.
- Suggest and manage platform advertising options to increase online orders.
5. Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Track KPIs: reach, CTR, CPC, conversions, ROI, engagement.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Analyze customer behavior and provide insights for improving marketing effectiveness.
6. Brand Growth & Customer Engagement:
- Execute loyalty campaigns, influencer collaborations, and online promotions.
- Ensure all digital content reflects brand identity and restaurant standards.
- Monitor competitors' digital activity and identify new trends.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Media, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Media Buying.
- Experience in the restaurant or F&B industry is essential.
- Proven success in managing paid ads and social media for restaurants.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
- Excellent understanding of restaurant marketing trends.
- Analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
- Creativity in content planning and campaign strategies.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
