We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Employee Transportation Supervisor to oversee daily transportation operations for our corporate clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex scheduling requirements across multiple routes, shifts, and vehicle types.
Key Responsibilities:Manage and supervise daily employee transportation operations across all client sites.Develop, optimize, and update transportation schedules (attendance and departure) for multiple shifts, ensuring zero overlap and maximum vehicle utilization.Allocate vehicles (sedans, vans, microbuses, coasters) based on passenger demand, route geography, and operational constraints.Monitor fleet performance, driver attendance, and route execution in real time to ensure service quality and on-time performance.Conduct market analysis and cost evaluations to support pricing decisions, client proposals, and operational improvements.Coordinate with internal departments (operations, admin, finance) and external clients to ensure smooth workflows and timely communication.Handle incident reports, solve operational issues, and maintain service continuity under pressure.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, including route efficiency, cost analysis, and vehicle productivity.Support in drafting transportation studies, feasibility assessments, and client-specific operational plans.Qualifications & Skills:Strong proficiency in Excel and transportation scheduling tools.Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Solid understanding of Cairo and Giza geographic zones and transportation demand patterns.Ability to work under pressure and manage time-critical operations.Strong communication and coordination skills with drivers, supervisors, and client representatives.Experience in BPO transportation, school transportation, or corporate shuttle operations is a strong plus.Personal Attributes:Highly disciplined, detail-oriented, and committed to service excellence.Capable of leading teams and maintaining high operational standards.Proactive in identifying issues and implementing improvements.Market-aware, able to understand pricing trends, competitor behavior, and cost movements.
