Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in an industrial or electrical environment.Proven expertise in diagnosing and repairing electrical systems and equipment.Strong understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance strategies.Experience supervising maintenance teams and coordinating on-site activities.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in electrical maintenance.Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.Willingness to participate in on-call rotations or respond to emergencies as needed.
