We���re Hiring ��� Senior Mechanical Maintenance Engineer at Legrand Egypt
Legrand Egypt is looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of all mechanical and utility systems across the facility, while developing and executing preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to minimize machine downtime.
Main Responsibilities: ��� Ensure the reliability and performance of all mechanical and utility systems within the facility. ��� Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance plans to reduce breakdowns and optimize efficiency. ��� Lead and follow up on the daily maintenance activities assigned to technicians. ��� Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues related to industrial machines, particularly hydraulic and pneumatic systems. ��� Manage and maintain utilities equipment including HVAC, air compressors, air dryers, diesel rk towards eliminating machine downtime through effective root cause analysis and maintenance planning. ��� Support continuous improvement in maintenance processes and equipment reliability. ��� Utilize Auto CAD and Solid Works for design and documentation when required.
Qualifications: ��� Bachelor���s degree in Mechanical Engineering. ��� 4���5 years of relevant experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance. ��� Proven hands-on experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems. ��� Experience with injection machines is preferred. ��� Strong technical understanding of utilities and mechanical systems. ��
