Daily Site Management: -
- Adding products and templates, updating prices, inventory, and banners.
- Coordinating work between the development team, designers, and customer service.
- Writing task/error tickets (Jira/Trello) with clear and testable requirements, and following up on their implementation until completion.
Adjusting and calibrating print templates:
- (bleed) for protection during cutting in the final stages, safety area, etc., and ensuring accurate previews before production. (To be explained during the meeting.)
- Managing the design/font/icon library and client file acceptance policies (not responsible for uploading designs).
- Managing the content, landing pages, and core blog for SEO (titles/meta/internal links).
Monitoring performance and usage:
- GA4, Search Console, and heatmaps (Hotjar); suggesting A/B experiments and conversion optimization.
Comprehensive testing after each release:
- Checkout journey, payment/shipping methods, speed, and mobile.
- Ensuring availability, backups, and recovery testing in collaboration with the team (Uptime, Backups, CDN, Image Optimization).
- Arabic language supervision: reviewing texts, moderating user content, and ensuring consistency in tone and style.
- Preparing weekly reports with KPIs (visits, cart additions, conversions, critical errors, page speed) and an optimization plan.
- Contributing to search engine optimization (SEO) with the marketing team by providing periodic reports.
Bachelor degree Proven experience from 2 to 5 years
