- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting errors as needed.
- Organize and file digital and physical documents in accordance with company protocols.
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry, ensuring all information is ready for processing.
- Generate routine and ad-hoc reports based on data collected and maintained.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company and client information.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data entry procedures and best practices.
- Support administrative tasks such as scanning, photocopying, and document management.
- Respond promptly to data-related queries and requests from internal stakeholders.
● 2-4 years of proven experience in a data entry or similar administrative role.● Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data processing.● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.● SAP is a must
