The HR Operations Section Head oversees and manages all day-to-day HR operations including personnel administration, HR data management, payroll coordination, employee records, attendance, and compliance. The role ensures accuracy, consistency, and efficiency across all HR operational processes, supporting smooth service delivery for employees and business units.


2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. HR Operations ManagementLead and supervise daily HR operations activities across all sites/locations.Ensure smooth delivery of HR services in line with policies, procedures, and labor law.Establish and enforce HR operational standards and service-level agreements (SLAs).B. Personnel AdministrationOversee employee onboarding, offboarding, contracts, renewals, transfers, and promotions.Ensure all HR documents, forms, and correspondences are properly processed.Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files and employee documents.C. Payroll CoordinationEnsure payroll inputs (attendance, overtime, leaves, penalties, incentives, allowances) are accurate and timely.Coordinate with payroll to verify data before monthly cut-off.Ensure compliance with labor law, social insurance, tax rules, and internal policies.D. Attendance & Leave ManagementSupervise attendance systems, shift schedules, and leave tracking.Review monthly attendance reports, exceptions, and anomalies.Work closely with IT/System Admin on any system issues.E. HR Data & Systems AdministrationEnsure accuracy of HR master data in HRIS / ERP systems.Periodically audit HR data and correct discrepancies.Generate periodic HR operational reports (headcount, turnover, attendance, etc.).
