- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their business needs and IT requirements.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
- Present and promote PETA Networks’ IT solutions and services to clients, demonstrating a clear understanding of product benefits and value propositions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and post-sales support.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including technical, deployment, and support staff, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client requirements.
- Negotiate terms and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client communications using CRM tools.
- Provide regular feedback and insights to management on client needs, market developments, and potential areas for service improvement.
2-3 years of proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the IT or technology sector.Strong understanding of IT solutions, managed services, and consultancy offerings.Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.Proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Willingness to work on-site and travel to client locations as required.
