To design and develop architectural drawings and plans for residential, commercial, and institutional projects, focusing on the aesthetic and functional aspects of both interior and exterior designs, while ensuring compliance with engineering standards and quality requirements.
???? Key Responsibilities
- Prepare conceptual and detailed architectural drawings using design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Develop exterior building designs in alignment with the project’s aesthetic and environmental vision.
- Design and coordinate interior spaces, including furniture layout, lighting, color schemes, and material selection for functionality and comfort.
- Create presentations and 3D visualizations to effectively communicate ideas to clients and management.
- Coordinate with civil, electrical, and mechanical engineers to ensure integrated and cohesive designs.
- Conduct site visits during construction phases to ensure work aligns with design specifications.
- Review and approve materials based on quality, appearance, and compliance with specifications.
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into feasible and creative design solutions.
- Modify designs based on client feedback or architectural revisions.
Skills
- Proficiency in architectural design software, including
- AutoCAD – Revit – 3ds Max – SketchUp – Lumion – Photoshop
- Strong experience in interior design including space planning, color coordination, and material selection.
