  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging sales training programs for new and existing sales staff in Alexandria.
  • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with managers to identify skill gaps and areas for performance improvement.
  • Facilitate interactive workshops, role-plays, and on-the-job coaching sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, providing feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to align training content with business objectives and market strategies.
  • Update training materials regularly to reflect new products, features, and industry best practices.
  • Support the onboarding of new hires by providing comprehensive orientation and initial sales training.
  • Track and report on training attendance, participation, and outcomes to management.
  • Mentor and motivate sales teams to achieve performance targets and uphold realme’s customer service standards.
  • Stay informed about competitor products and market trends to ensure training remains relevant and competitive.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in sales training, sales, or a related role, preferably within the technology or retail sector.Proven ability to deliver effective training sessions to diverse audiences.Strong understanding of sales processes, customer engagement, and retail operations.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to assess training needs and adapt content to various learning styles.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and digital training tools.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Self-motivated with a passion for developing others.Willingness to work onsite in Alexandria and travel as needed.
