  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source and attract qualified candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports on hiring activity and outcomes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2-5 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and interview methods.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.Strong organizational and time-management skills.High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
