Event Planner - Dokki Branch

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate all training sessions, workshops, and special programs
  • Work with instructors, trainers, and department leads to confirm content, materials, and requirements
  • Develop and maintain a master calendar of all training center events
  • Prepare agendas, run-of-show documents, and training event timelines
  • Reserve and set up training rooms, equipment, and technology (projectors, AV systems, computers, etc.)
  • Ensure all training materials, supplies, and handouts are prepared and distributed
  • Coordinate catering, transportation, accommodation, or other services when required
  • Manage attendee registration, check-in, and tracking
