We are seeking a skilled Oracle Finance Consultant to join our ERP implementation and support team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle Financials modules, a strong understanding of finance and accounting processes, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective Oracle ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, configure, and support Oracle Financials modules such as:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Cash Management (CM)
- Sub-ledger Accounting (SLA)
- Analyze and understand business requirements and provide Oracle-based solutions.
- Participate in all project phases: requirement gathering, design, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support.
- Perform data migration, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and user training.
- Identify gaps between business needs and Oracle application functionality.
- Customize reports using Oracle tools (BI Publisher, OTBI, FSG, etc.).
- Support upgrades, patch testing, and integration with third-party systems.
- Work with technical teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth operations.
Skills
- Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles and processes.
- Good knowledge of implementation methodologies (AIM, OUM, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and client interaction abilities.
- Oracle Certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud Financials Certification)
- Knowledge of project costing, budgeting, and financial reporting tools
- Experience in multi-currency and multi-legal entity environments
