Responsible for leading and managing digital transformation projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful implementation of technology-driven initiatives that enhance business processes, efficiency, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the organization’s digital transformation strategy in alignment with business goals.
- have experience in infrastructure, networks, data centers, and cyber security.
- Plan, execute, and manage multiple digital transformation projects simultaneously.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and technology solutions.
- Lead the adoption of new digital tools, platforms, and systems across the organization.
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, address risks, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and best practices.
- Ensure projects comply with quality standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and support to teams to ensure smooth change management and adoption.
- Prepare regular progress reports and present updates to senior management.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- experience n project management, with at least 3 years in digital transformation initiatives.
- trong knowledge of digital technologies, cloud solutions, ERP/CRM systems, and automation tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
