  • ● Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for automotive oils and additives to achieve revenue targets.
  • ● Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to maximize performance and ensure goal attainment.
  • ● Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the automotive sector, expanding the customer base.
  • ● Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
  • ● Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform product positioning and sales tactics.
  • ● Collaborate with marketing, product development, and technical teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives.
  • ● Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to senior management.
  • ● Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable deals.
  • ● Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
  • ● Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
     

Minimum of 7 years of progressive sales experience in the automotive oils, lubricants, or additives industry.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a managerial capacity.Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing sales teams.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.In-depth knowledge of automotive oils, lubricants, and chemical additives.Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable sales strategies.Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining client relationships.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
