- Manage warehouse operations including receiving, storing, issuing, and distributing food products.
- Coordinate with factories to ensure timely supply of raw materials and packaging materials to production lines.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards (HACCP, ISO).
- Monitor inventory levels, prepare accurate stock reports, and minimize waste or shortages.
- Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and provide training on safety and quality procedures.
- Oversee logistics and coordinate with the transportation department to ensure on-time delivery to customers and branches.
- Implement safety and security measures to protect warehouse assets.
- Utilize inventory management systems (ERP/WMS) to track and control stock movements.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or related field.Minimum of 5 years’ experience in warehouse management, preferably in the food industry.Strong knowledge of food safety standards and supply chain operations.Proven leadership and organizational skills.Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office applications.
