  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets for HP and POLY products.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and expand market share.
  • Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate with the sales staff to recommend optimal HP product solutions tailored to customer requirements.
  • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical support teams to deliver integrated solutions and campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and ethical standards.
  • Organize regular training sessions to enhance the team’s product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

5-7 years of proven experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets within the technology or IT products sector.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse sales team.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.Solid understanding of HP and POLY product lines, including PCs, printers, and supplies.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work effectively in an on-site, fast-paced environment.Exceptional organizational and time management skills.Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
