- Processes the admission, transfer and dismissal of employees in accordance with Egyptian labor law.
- Prepares and registers employment contracts and monitors their renewal.
- Monitors compliance with internal labor regulations and occupational safety regulations.
- Participates in the preparation of vacation, sick leave, and compensation reports.
- Prepares information, reports and statistical data for the leadership and government agencies of Egypt.
- Ensures confidentiality of personal data and storage of personnel documents.
- Provides administrative support to the HR manager and other departments of the company.
Higher educationProfessional experience from 1 to 3 years.A confident user of standard office software; Excel is an advanced user (including pivot tables).Responsibility, diligence and discipline.Arabic: fluent/native.Russian: excellent oral and written language skills..English: confident conversational level.
