- Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and selecting top talent.
- Develop and implement OD strategies to improve performance & efficiency.
- Update job descriptions, organizational charts, and competency frameworks.
- Support onboarding, training plans, and staff development programs.
- Conduct workforce analysis, talent mapping, and succession planning.
- Prepare HR reports and ensure alignment with school policies & standards.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.4–6 years of experience in OD & talent acquisition.Experience in schools or educational institutions is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of job analysis, KPIs, OD frameworks & recruitment tools.Excellent communication, interviewing, and reporting skills.Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple tasks.
