Sales Management & Strategy
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Identify new market opportunities in plastic products (e.g., packaging, films, injection molded products, sheets, PET, PVC).
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Team Leadership
- Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team.
- Assign targets, monitor performance, and conduct regular sales reviews.
- Provide coaching to improve product knowledge and negotiation skills.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide technical information, and resolve issues.
- Conduct regular visits to customers to improve business engagement.
Negotiation & Closing
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms with clients.
- Ensure profitable sales by aligning pricing strategies with company policies.
- Coordinate with the finance department on credit limits and payment follow-ups.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
- Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships
- Present products to prospective clients
Any relevant Bachelor degreeAbility to travel for short intervals (Must Own Car) Excellent communications & Presentation skills.Previous experience in Selling to B2B factories is highly preferred.Good Command of EnglishVery Good command of computer skills and very good command of Microsoft office especially Excel.Experience from 2 to 5 years.
