  • Process and record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data.
  • Prepare and maintain financial documents, ledgers, and journals.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
  • Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.
  • Verify and process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting files and records.
  • Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
  • Respond to inquiries from vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding financial transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting regulations.

Preferably from the residents of El Mahalla El Kubra4-5 years of proven experience in accounting or a related financial role.Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an office environment.Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
