  • Lead all phases of electrical engineering and construction projects, from planning to execution and close-out.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco electrical standards, codes, and safety protocols.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular project reports and updates to stakeholders.
  • Supervise electrical teams, subcontractors, and site activities to ensure high-quality execution.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience managing electrical projects, preferably in the oil & gas sector.
  • Direct and proven experience managing projects as a contractor with Saudi Aramco.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations in Saudi Arabia.
