Design & Technical Work

• Prepare and review electrical design drawings, load calculations, SLDs, and shop drawings.
• Ensure designs comply with the Saudi Electrical Code and project requirements.
• Design electrical systems including:
• ✔ Lighting & power distribution
• ✔ Low current systems (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm)
• ✔ Earthing & lightning protection
• ✔ Panel boards and MDB/SMDB setups
• Review material submittals and ensure compliance with approved specifications.

2. Site Supervision

• Supervise electrical installation works for buildings and villas.
• Ensure proper execution of wiring, conduits, panels, and grounding systems.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure all works follow approved drawings and quality standards.
• Coordinate with the civil and mechanical teams for proper implementation.

3. Testing & Commissioning

• Oversee testing and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Verify safety, continuity, and performance tests.
• Ensure proper documentation and handover procedures.

4. Coordination & Project Management

• Attend coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, and client representatives.
• Follow up on material availability and ensure timelines are met.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Resolve technical issues and provide guidance to on-site teams.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5–10 years of experience in building and villa construction projects.
• Previous experience in Saudi Arabia is required.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi Electrical Code, SEC standards, and local municipality regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and electrical calculation software.
• Strong understanding of site supervision and electrical systems execution.
• Good command of English.
