Sales Section Head – steel Pipes (Sales, Tenders & Export)

  • Identify new public and private tenders relevant to the company’s iron pipe products.
  • Review tender documents, specifications, and requirements with the Technical and Finance departments.
  • Prepare and submit complete technical and commercial offers in compliance with tender conditions.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract clauses with clients or consultants.
  • Follow up on tender progress, results, and contract execution after award.
  • Coordinate internally to ensure project delivery according to quality standards, timelines, and client expectations.
  • Obtain completion or appreciation certificates from clients after successful project handover.
  • Develop and expand export markets by identifying new clients, agents, and distributors.
  • Prepare export quotations and coordinate with logistics for shipping, export documentation, and customs clearance.
  • Ensure accurate order processing and on-time delivery for all export transactions.
  • Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business missions to promote the company’s products.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to support export strategy decisions.
  • Maintain close follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and timely payment.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals in tenders and export sectors.
  • Maintain organized records of quotations, offers, contracts, and customer correspondence.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and field visits to strengthen customer relationships.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Technical, Finance, Logistics) to meet client needs.
  • Support marketing initiatives and promotional events locally and abroad.
  • Adhere to company sales policies, professional ethics, and the HB Sales Code of Conduct.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering.3–7 years of experience in B2B or industrial sales, preferably in steel pipes.Solid experience in tenders management and export sales operations.Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Strong understanding of export documentation and contract terms.Proficiency in English (Arabic required).Good computer skills (MS Office, CRM software).Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
