We are expanding our export footprint across the Arab region and Africa and are looking for a talented Export Sales Manager to lead our international sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the export sales strategy across the Arab region and Africa.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities and key clients in target markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, agents, and partners.
  • Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to drive sales growth.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and KPIs for senior management.

Required Experience & Skills:Proven experience in export sales, preferably in wood, manufacturing, or related industries.Deep understanding of Arab and African markets, including regulatory and cultural aspects.Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Ability to develop strategic sales plans and execute them effectively.Experience managing international clients and distribution networks.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or relevant field.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in export sales.Fluency in English; Arabic is highly preferred.
