At NILEWOOD, we are expanding our commercial operations and strengthening our market presence in the Egyptian industrial sector. We are seeking a high-performing B2B Sales Supervisor to lead sales growth, develop strategic relationships, and ensure consistent revenue delivery across our product portfolio.
About the Role
You will be responsible for managing and developing B2B accounts across industrial, commercial, and manufacturing clients. Your mission is to drive sales performance, increase market share, and ensure exceptional customer service while working closely with production, logistics, and finance teams to deliver a seamless business experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the B2B sales plan to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Manage relationships with key clients, distributors, and industrial customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base across assigned territories.
- Conduct regular market visits, competitor analysis, and pricing feedback.
- Lead customer negotiations, issue quotations, and finalize deals in alignment with company policies.
- Coordinate internally with production, planning, and supply chain to ensure order accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline analysis.
- Follow up on collections to ensure timely payment according to agreed terms.
- Supervise a small sales team (if applicable) and support them in field operations.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and communicate value to customers effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.5–8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, building materials, or FMCG wholesale.Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing accounts.Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Good command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).Valid driving license and willingness to conduct regular field visits.
