Job Purpose:
To design, implement, and evaluate learning and development strategies that build organizational capability, enhance employee performance, and support business growth. The Senior L&D Specialist partners with business leaders to identify training needs and deliver impactful learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Learning Strategy & Design:
Develop and implement the annual learning and development plan in alignment with business goals.
Conduct training needs analysis across departments to identify skill gaps and learning priorities.
Design and deliver effective learning programs using blended learning methods (classroom, e-learning, coaching, etc.).
Program Implementation & Delivery:
Manage end-to-end L&D projects including planning, coordination, facilitation, and evaluation.
Partner with internal and external trainers, vendors, and subject matter experts to ensure high-quality learning delivery.
Lead onboarding and induction programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Talent & Leadership Development:
Support the implementation of talent management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
Coordinate development programs for high-potential employees and emerging leaders.
Performance & Evaluation:
Measure training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance indicators (Kirkpatrick Model or similar).
Use data and analytics to evaluate ROI and continuously improve learning solutions.
Stakeholder & Project Management:
Partner with HRBPs and department heads to align learning initiatives with organizational priorities.
Manage the L&D budget and maintain learning records and reports.
Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.3+ years of experience in Learning & Development or a related HR function.Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and training evaluation methods.Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in using LMS platforms and digital learning tools.Analytical mindset with the ability to measure learning impact.
