Quality Assurance Specialist

Ensure all Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) are closed and properly followed up across departments.
Monitor the implementation and application of the Quality Management System (QMS) company-wide.
Investigate customer complaints, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate corrective actions.
Issue and track supplier/service provider complaints.
Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Process, and Production teams to ensure Work Instructions are applied correctly.
Analyze quality and operational data to drive continuous improvement.
Conduct internal/external audits and calibrations.
Deliver training programs to raise awareness about QMS, EHS, and quality standards.
Maintain communication with certification bodies, suppliers, and customers.


Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.2–4 years of experience in quality assurance or manufacturing.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of ISO 9001 and continuous improvement tools (5 Whys, PDCA, etc.).Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
