Job Purpose
Responsible for implementing the production plan (daily, monthly, and yearly) in accordance with the standards of quality, occupational health, and safety at all stages of production processes and maintaining the efficiency of all equipment related to production operations.
Bachelor's degree in science specializing in chemical or production manufacturing.· 2-4 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably within the paints or coatings industry.· Excellent Verbal and written in English is must· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills· Strong problem-solving skills and logical approach· Understand lean manufacturing· Familiarity with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in chemical manufacturing.· Planning and prioritizing activities· Ability to present data effectively· Understanding of Health and Safety practices· Team working skills· Excellent Computer Skills - Microsoft Office· Experience with SAP is preferable
