- Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and technology requirements.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and proactively pursue upselling and cross-selling of HP and POLY products.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical support teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and product recommendations to clients.
- Monitor account performance, track sales targets, and report on progress to management.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements in line with company policies and client expectations.
- Stay updated on the latest HP and POLY product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
1-3 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field, preferably within the IT or technology sector.Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver exceptional customer service.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and growing client relationships.Experience in Carrying Quota and previous over achievement is a plus. Ability to understand and articulate technical product information to clients.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Odoo.Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.Ability to work effectively in an office-based, fast-paced environment.Fluency in English and Arabic is a Must
