Admin affairs Specialist

  • Handling the logistics of the reception, events, meetings, and social activities as needed
  • Making sure that all due bills and invoices are paid on time (utilities, communication, etc.)
  • Liaising with the services providers as needed
  • Developing, reviewing, and editing any admin documents
  • Helping the admin section head in drafting internal admin systems
  • Leading and supervising the office boy.
  • Handling daily administration works.
  • Handling all process for mobile lines for employees
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks.
