- Conduct thorough inspections of construction sites, materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with company and regulatory quality standards.
- Document and report any deviations, defects, or non-conformities found during inspections, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Collaborate with engineering, project management, and site teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement preventive measures.
- Review and verify quality documentation, including test results, certificates, and inspection records.
- Monitor ongoing construction activities to ensure adherence to approved plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support to auditors.
- Assist in developing and updating quality control procedures, checklists, and protocols.
- Train and guide site personnel on quality standards, inspection techniques, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of inspections, test results, and quality incidents.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, new technologies, and regulatory requirements related to quality control.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.3-7 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance within the construction or real estate industry.Strong knowledge of quality control standards, inspection methods, and regulatory requirements.Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.Proficiency in using inspection tools, measurement instruments, and quality management software.Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and blueprints.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving quality issues.Ability to work independently and manage multiple inspection tasks simultaneously.Willingness to work on-site (on-premises) as required by project needs.
