- Monitor and optimize daily production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Analyze production data and prepare reports to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Support the introduction of new products and technologies into the manufacturing process.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards throughout the production cycle.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions to minimize downtime.
- Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule preventive maintenance and reduce equipment failures.
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action processes for production incidents.
- Train and support production staff on best practices, new equipment, and process changes.
1-2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing engineering role.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or related field).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with manufacturing processes and production equipment.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Knowledge of safety and quality standards in manufacturing.Proficiency in MS Office and production management software.Attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.Willingness to work on-site and adapt to flexible schedules as needed.
