- Conduct daily inspections of factory departments and record unsafe conditions.
- Confront unsafe behavior promptly.
- Train new workers on the hazards of their work.
- Monitor the operation of the fire alarm and fire-fighting systems daily.
- Monitor the exit of hazardous waste from departments until it is stored in the designated area.
- Perform periodic inspections of fire extinguishers and water coolers.
- Ensure daily that cleaning workers are cleaning bathrooms regularly and providing soap.
- Ensure that workers adhere to safety instructions, especially smoking in designated smoking areas.
- Maintain up-to-date records of safety incidents, inspections, and compliance activities.
- Collaborate with management and production teams to integrate safety practices into daily operations.
- Ensure the proper use, maintenance, and availability of personal protective equipment (PPE) across all departments.
- Prepare and submit detailed safety reports to management and regulatory authorities as required.
High academic qualification (agriculture or science) or a related field.3 to 5 years of experience in factories only.Previous experience in constructions will be an asset.Experience in Manufacturing is a must.Basic and advanced occupational safety and health specialist certification.OSHA industrial certification.Civil Defense certification.Risk assessment certification.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to respond effectively to emergencies and incidents.Strong analytical and problems solving abilities.Excellent written and verbal communications skills.supervise proper handling, storage and disposal of hazardous materials.Ability in dealing with workers and government organizations.Willingness to work onsite and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
