IT Technical Support Engineer

  • Provide first-level IT support to all employees and guests.
  • Manage and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Maintain and configure office IT equipment (printers, copiers, phones, etc.).
  • Assist with network connectivity issues and basic network configuration.
  • Document and escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
  • Train and guide end-users on basic IT practices and software applications.
  • Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure proper documentation.
  • Ensure timely resolution of support helpdesk calls within agreed time schedule.
  • Ensure effective collaboration and communicate with Central IT team.
  • Leverage cloud computing technologies to optimize IT infrastructure.
  • Implement and manage workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Apply AI technologies to improve IT support processes and efficiency.
  • Support in budgeting and Control inventory with Plant Manager and Country IT Manager for the site.
  • Follow up on the ticketing system and insure the service level.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering in Computer and IT, or Computer Science.1-2 years of experience in same field.Strong knowledge of Windows and Android operating systems.Familiarity with office equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus.Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Microsoft Cloud).Experience with Microsoft Power Automate for workflow automation.Basic understanding of AI technologies and their applications in IT support.6th of October residence is preferable.V. good command of English language
