Location: New Branch – Sheikh Zayed (The Lane)
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to provide clients with informed advice.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, legal, and finance to ensure seamless transaction processes.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals.
- Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with potential buyers and investors.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, market analyses, and investment reports.
- Participate in networking events, exhibitions, and industry seminars to expand client base.
- Advise clients on property investment opportunities, market trends, and portfolio diversification.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by management.
Bachelor’s degreeMinimum of 4 years and up to 6 years of proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.Strong communication & negotiation skillsGood command of EnglishPresentable, proactive, and result-drivenCar ownership is preferred
