Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic senior Export Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in expanding our market presence and driving sales growth in international markets. - lead in identifying and developing new business opportunities in international markets.
- Support junior sales engineers in managing customer accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical support and product information to clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates.
- Travel to international markets as required to meet with clients and attend trade shows.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or Business with a strong technical background. Good knowledge of steel manufacturing processes and is preferred to be in agriculture equipment’s Strong interest in sales and international business. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and explain technical products to a non-technical audience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Considerable knowledge of solid-works and AutoCAD Willingness to travel internationally. Fluency in English. 8–10-year experience in export of auto-parts, engineering steel products, and similar products Perfect knowledge about the international terms of payment and logistics export process
